- TISONA Industrial Greases are premium quality, high, temperature greases formulated with a clay, thickened, non, soap base to deliver outstanding performance under extreme heat and load conditions. The greases are designed for use in heavy industrial settings such as steel plants, cement plants, and heavy manufacturing units, where traditional soap, based greases are not effective.
- TISONA greases have very good resistance to thermal breakdown and oxidation, which enables them to withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 230C without melting or softening. However, TISONA M2 and TISONA M3, which contain molybdenum disulphide (MoS), can give lubrication of up to 250C, thus can be used for highly loaded and high, temperature bearing applications.
- The non, soap base offers better resistance to water washout, acids, and corrosive environments than metal soap greases. These greases provide excellent protection against wear, rust, and oxidation, as a result, they extend the life of the bearings and help to reduce maintenance stoppages.
- TISONA M2 Grease conforms to IS:12790, 1989 Grade 3 and IPSS 1, 09, 008 specifications. TISONA greases are ideal for both plain and antifriction bearings that face extreme industrial conditions.
- Tisona Supreme has been carefully developed for sugar mill applications.

Special Features
- TISONA is a premium quality high temperature clay thickened non soap base smooth structured grease having good oxidation resistance and thermal stability for use in both plain and antifriction bearings. It is further fortified with anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion additives. It can lubricate satisfactorily at temperature upto 230°C and will not melt or soften appreciably even at higher temperature. It has better resistance to acids than metal soap greases. TISONA M2 & M3 contains molybdenum disulphide which makes it suitable for high temperature applications upto 250°C. Tisona Supreme is special grease for sugar mills.
