- LITHOPLEX HTX Series Industrial Greases are premium quality lithium complex greases specially formulated to meet the severe lubrication demands of modern industrial equipment operating under high temperature, heavy load, wet and dry conditions. These greases meet IPSS: 1-09-020 specifications and are engineered for long service life with minimal relubrication.
- LITHOPLEX HTX greases are widely recommended for ball and roller bearings used in steel mills, cement plants, paper mills, railway axle boxes, and other heavy-duty industrial applications. With an exceptionally high dropping point and outstanding mechanical stability, these greases resist leakage, dripping, and throw-off even at elevated operating temperatures.
- The presence of non-corrosive EP additives ensures superior load-carrying capacity and excellent boundary lubrication, making LITHOPLEX HTX suitable for applications involving shock loads and vibration. These greases also provide excellent resistance to oxidation, rust, and water washout, ensuring reliable lubrication in both wet and harsh environments.
- LITHOPLEX HTX 1 is specially recommended for rack and pinion joints of cement kilns and slip seal applications in sponge iron plants, where high temperature and heavy loads coexist. The series is suitable for continuous operation at temperatures up to 200°C, offering dependable performance and extended bearing life.

LITHOPLEX HTX has, in addition to shear stability, high load carrying capacity and is recommended for situations having extremely high temperature. These greases are suitable for applications up to 200°C. LITHOPLEX HTX is also suitable for ball and roller bearings of railway axle boxes. LITHOPLEX HTX 1 is suitable for applications in the lubrication of the rack and pinion joint of the kilns in the cement industry. It is also suitable for slip seal application in sponge iron plant.
